Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Textile Designer to join our design team at Fancy Fluff. The candidate will be responsible for developing cutting-edge textile designs, prints, patterns, and fabric concepts for premium baby bedding, nursery products, and related collections. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of fabric, colours, textures, printing techniques, and emerging design trends.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop creative textile prints, patterns, motifs, and surface designs for baby bedding and nursery products.
- Create original designs, including digital prints, embroidery patterns, textures, and fabric layouts.
- Research current market trends, colour palettes, patterns, and international design inspirations.
- Develop seasonal collections and design concepts in line with the brand's identity.
- Prepare detailed design presentations, mood boards, colour boards, and artwork.
- Coordinate with production and merchandising teams to ensure designs are feasible for manufacturing.
- Work on fabric selection, print placements, colour combinations, and material specifications.




- Coordinate with vendors and manufacturers for sampling, printing, and product development.
- Review samples and ensure the final products meet design, quality, and brand standards.
- Maintain design files, artwork libraries, and product development records.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Textile Design, Fashion Design, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in textile or surface pattern design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Corel DRAW.
- Strong knowledge of textile printing techniques, embroidery, fabrics, and textures.
- Excellent understanding of colours, patterns, motifs, and design compositions.
- Creative thinking with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of baby bedding, home furnishing, or lifestyle products will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
