Notice Period: Immediate Joiners / 15 Days to 1 Month

CTC: As per Market Standards

Experience: 7-9 Years (Minimum 2 Years as Test Lead)

Domain Experience: Motor Insurance (Mandatory)

Experience in Motor Insurance domain (Mandatory)

Team Handling & Mentoring

Client & Stakeholder Management

Test Planning & Test Strategy Creation

Effort Estimation & Test Timeline Management

Status Reporting, WSR Preparation & Dashboard Reporting

Process Adherence & Compliance Management

Solid understanding of STLC & SDLC

Experience with defect management tools (JIRA, Bugzilla, etc.)

Basic understanding of Automation Testing

Preferred: Candidates from Mumbai/Navi Mumbai with strong communication, leadership, and coordination skills.
