We are looking for a confident and customer-oriented Telecalling Executive with 1–2 years of experience to manage customer interactions, handle inquiries, and generate potential business leads. Candidates with prior experience in the hotel or hospitality industry will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
2. Handle incoming inquiries and provide relevant information about products/services.
3. Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into business opportunities.
4. Maintain customer databases and update call records.
5. Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
6.



Coordinate with the internal team to ensure timely follow-ups.

Requirements:

1. 1–2 years of experience in tele calling, tele sales, or customer support.
2. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Good convincing, negotiation, and follow-up abilities.
4. Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools.
5. Prior experience in the hotel, hospitality, or travel industry will be an added advantage.
6. Ability to handle customer queries professionally.

Pay: ₹8,800.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
