BreakProtection provides mobile phone protection solutions and services to customers, helping them protect their valuable smartphones against everyday damage. We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Female Telecaller / Telesales Executive to join our team.

Job Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and sales leads.
- Contact customers from the provided database and explain BreakProtection products and services.
- Explain mobile protection plans, advantages, features, and pricing to customers.
- Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into sales.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information.
- Maintain daily call records, follow-ups, and sales reports.
- Build good relationships with customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

Requirements
- Female/male candidates preferred.




- Good communication skills in English and Kannada.
- Hindi is an added advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel.
- Confident in speaking over the phone and convincing customers.
- Positive attitude, patience, and willingness to learn.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
