Role Overview

We are looking for a confident and results-driven Sales Tele Caller with proven experience in outbound calling and lead conversion. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Zoho CRM, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage prospects effectively over the phone to generate sales and achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Make high-volume outbound calls to generate leads, qualify prospects, and close sales

- Follow up on inbound and outbound leads systematically using Zoho CRM

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all calls, interactions, and pipeline stages in Zoho CRM

- Understand customer needs and present suitable products/services persuasively

- Achieve and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets

- Handle customer objections professionally and convert inquiries into sales

- Coordinate with the sales team and update lead status, notes, and next actions in Zoho CRM

- Prepare and submit daily call reports and performance trackers





- Continuously improve conversion rates through effective scripting and communication techniques

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or outbound sales roles

- Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM (lead management, pipeline tracking, follow-ups, reporting)

- Strong speaking skills – clear, confident, and persuasive verbal communication in English (and local language if required)

- Excellent interpersonal and active listening skills

- Ability to handle rejection positively and maintain high energy levels

- Target-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals

- Basic computer proficiency and comfort working with CRM tools

- Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced workplace

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
