Role and Responsibility
- Make the Inbound / outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain the package details to the customer.
- Understand customer needs and requirements.
- Convince interested customers
- Maintain customer details and call records.
- Update daily call reports in Excel or CRM software.
- Follow up with interested and pending customers.
- Handle customer objections professionally.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
Qualification : Any Degree
Week Off : Sunday
Shift Timing : 9.30 am - 7 pm
