Role Description This is a full time, on-site Telemarketer role based in the Greater Chennai Area. The Telemarketer will conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing clients, introduce BlazeByte Studio’s services, and identify potential leads and opportunities. Daily responsibilities include explaining offerings clearly, answering basic queries, and capturing accurate information in call logs and CRM tools.

The role involves scheduling appointments or demos for the sales and technical teams, following up on interested prospects, and meeting call volume and conversion targets.



The Telemarketer will collaborate closely with sales and marketing colleagues, provide feedback from conversations to refine outreach strategies, and maintain a professional, courteous telephone manner at all times.

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills for engaging clearly and respectfully with diverse clients.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, address concerns, and maintain a positive caller experience.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills to qualify leads, promote services persuasively, and support conversion goals.
- Candidates should possess Appointment Scheduling skills to coordinate calls, demos, and meetings efficiently with the sales team.
- Comfort using phones, CRM or lead-tracking tools, and basic office software (e.g., spreadsheets, email).
- Ability to work on-site in the Greater Chennai Area, meet daily targets, and manage time effectively.
- Prior experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or call center roles is beneficial.
- Minimum educational qualification at higher secondary level; a diploma or degree in business, marketing, or related fields is an advantage.
