We are Hiring: Collection Telecallers (Inbound / Outbound)

Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan

Job Type: Full-Time, On-Site

​We are expanding our team in Jaipur and actively looking for energetic individuals for the role of Collection Telecaller. Both freshers and experienced professionals are encouraged to apply!

​Role Highlights:

- ​Freshers are fully welcome to apply (Comprehensive on-the-job training provided).
- ​DRA (Debt Recovery Agent) certified/trained candidates will be given top priority.
- ​Open to both male and female candidates.

​Key Responsibilities:

- ​Handling outbound and inbound calls for payment reminders and recovery follow-ups.
- ​Explaining overdue amounts, payment plans, and account regularisation options clearly.
- ​Negotiating repayment commitments professionally within regulatory compliance guidelines.
- ​Maintaining precise daily call logs and disposition updates in the system.

​Candidate Profile:

- ​Education: 12th Pass / Graduate (any discipline).
- ​Experience: Freshers welcome; prior experience in telecalling, BPO, customer care,



or loan recovery is an added plus.
- ​Certification: Priority consideration for DRA certified candidates.
- ​Good communication skills in Hindi; basic understanding of English.
- ​Basic computer literacy and data-entry skills.
