Job Summary

We are hiring motivated and confident Telecallers for a fully remote position based in Amritsar, Punjab.

The ideal candidate should have excellent verbal communication skills, a professional telephone manner, and the ability to interact confidently with prospective customers. Candidates must have their own laptop and a stable internet connection to perform daily calling activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on enquiries.
- Explain the company's products or services to interested customers.
- Handle customer questions and provide accurate information.
- Follow up with potential customers to generate interest and conversions.
- Maintain proper records of calls, enquiries, and follow-ups.
- Update customer information in the assigned system or CRM.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
- Maintain professional communication and customer relationships.

Required Skills and Eligibility
- Good verbal communication skills are mandatory.
- Confidence in handling outbound calls.




- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with online tools.
- Ability to communicate professionally with customers.
- Good listening and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.
