Qualification:

- Any Degree.
- Good communication skills in Malayalam and English.
- Basic computer knowledge.

Experience:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling.
- Experience in the healthcare or hospital sector will be preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to patients and prospective customers.
- Handle incoming calls and respond to patient enquiries.
- Provide information regarding hospital services, appointments and consultations.
- Follow up with patients regarding appointments and reminders.
- Maintain call records and update patient details.
- Coordinate with concerned departments for smooth patient communication.

Required Skills:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good telephone etiquette.
- Ability to handle patients politely and professionally.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
