Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Game Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair arcade games and gaming equipment across VGP Group. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring all arcade machines and gaming systems operate smoothly, safely, and efficiently, providing customers with an uninterrupted gaming experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform regular inspection, maintenance, and servicing of arcade gaming machines.
- Identify and troubleshoot electrical, electronic, and mechanical issues in arcade games.
- Repair and replace faulty components, wiring, sensors, switches, motors, and circuit boards.
- Handle maintenance of arcade machines such as racing games, shooting games, VR games, redemption games, and interactive gaming equipment.
- Ensure all gaming machines are in proper working condition with minimum downtime.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance as per the maintenance schedule.
- Monitor machine performance and identify recurring technical issues.
- Maintain records of repairs, spare parts, breakdowns, and maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with the technical team and vendors for major repairs and spare parts requirements.
- Ensure electrical safety standards and maintenance procedures are followed.
- Respond promptly to machine breakdowns and customer-related technical complaints.
- Support the operations team during peak hours to ensure smooth gaming activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering.
- 5–10 years of experience in arcade game maintenance, gaming equipment, or technical maintenance.
- Good knowledge of electrical and electronic circuits.




- Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and repairing arcade machines.
- Knowledge of wiring, PCB boards, sensors, motors, and control systems.
- Basic computer knowledge and technical documentation skills.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
