Role Description The Technical Trainers - Data Science with AI role is a part-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. The trainer will design and deliver instructor-led sessions on data science, machine learning, and AI concepts, including hands-on programming exercises, real-time project work, and case studies aligned with industry needs. Daily responsibilities include preparing structured lesson plans and training materials, conducting interactive classroom sessions, assessing learner progress through assignments and evaluations,



and providing individual guidance and doubt clarification.

The trainer will collaborate with academic coordinators to align course content with NareshIT standards, contribute to curriculum updates, and support placement-focused activities by mentoring learners on project presentations and interview preparation. The role also involves maintaining an engaging learning setting and staying current with emerging tools and frameworks in data science and AI.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Technical Training and Technical Trainers experience, with a focus on data science and AI topics.
- Candidates should possess skills in Training & Development and Training, including curriculum design, learner assessment, and classroom facilitation.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for delivering complex technical concepts clearly to diverse learner groups.
- Hands-on expertise in data science and AI tools (e.g., Python, R, machine learning libraries, SQL, visualization tools) is highly beneficial.
- Proven experience teaching or mentoring in academic, corporate, or bootcamp environments is preferred.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to structure courses, manage classroom dynamics, and adapt teaching methods to different skill levels.
