Hiring for Tech Support Engineer (TechOps) to join our team in Noida!

What You’ll Do

-Tech Support Desk Management:

Handle day-to-day technical queries and issues raised by internal team.

Ensure SLAs and TATs are met consistently across all support channels.

-Email & Ticket Handling:

Monitor and respond to support-related emails with clarity and efficiency.

Manage and resolve support tickets via the Ameyo Ticketing System.

-Issue Resolution & RCA:

Coordinate with the Tech team for resolution and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) of repetitive or escalated issues.

Document resolutions and track recurring problems for continuous improvement.





-Stakeholder Communication:

Act as a liaison between TechOps and business teams including Care, Sales, RA, and Tech.

Communicate status updates and follow-ups on support tickets and incidents.

Technical Understanding

Basic Database understanding.

Linux commands

What We Are Looking For:

Education: Bachelor’s or PG degree in Computer Science or IT.

Experience: 2–6 years in technical support or TechOps roles.

Tech Skills: Basic understanding of Databases, Linux commands, and IT workflows.

Soft Skills: Robust analytical thinking, multi-tasking, and excellent communication skills.
