Qualification and Technical Skill

- Bachelors degree in electrical engineering or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.

- 1–3 years of experience in technical support, troubleshooting, or field service engineering — ideally in BMS, Security ,EMS Systems and HVAC controls environments.

- Strong hands-on knowledge of BMS ,Security Systems and EMS platforms and how field devices integrate into them.

- Working knowledge of communication protocols — Modbus and BACnet.

- Solid understanding of electrical hardware: LT panels, relays, contactors, VFDs, Starters, IO Device and energy meters.

- Practical exposure to HVAC systems and their integration with BMS.

- Strong analytical and independent problem-solving skills — able to troubleshoot end-to-end without heavy escalation.

- Experience using Ticketing/CRM tools for issue tracking and closure.

- Good communication and customer-handling ability.

- Willingness to travel PAN India for customer site visits.

- Strong command of Excel including PivotTables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, charts, and data analysis.





- Valuable PowerPoint and presentation skills.

- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills.

- Strong analytical ability, follow-up, and attention to detail.

- Customer-focused and able to manage multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate daily service activities, engineers, and customer requirements on Pan India basis.

- Track service calls, preventive maintenance, open actions, and SLA compliance.

- Prepare and maintain service MIS, KPI dashboards, and trackers.

- Analyze data and prepare reports using Microsoft Excel.

- Create professional PowerPoint presentations for management and customer reviews.

- Coordinate with customers, service engineers, sales, projects, procurement, and logistics teams.

- Follow up on spares/material requirements, documentation, and pending actions.

- Support timely closure of customer issues and service escalations.
