Role Overview

We are looking for a result-oriented IT Recruiter with 1+ years of experience in hiring for multiple IT technologies. The candidate should be capable of understanding business hiring requirements, developing effective JDs, managing recruitment pipelines, and closing positions within defined Turnaround Time (TAT) while consistently achieving hiring targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end IT recruitment across multiple technologies and experience levels.
- Understand business requirements and technical skills to identify suitable candidates.
- Develop, review, and customize JDs based on hiring requirements.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, databases, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen and evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, and role suitability.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and internal stakeholders throughout the recruitment cycle.
- Drive recruitment activities to achieve assigned monthly/weekly hiring targets.
- Ensure positions are closed within defined TAT without compromising candidate quality.
- Maintain candidate pipelines, recruitment trackers, and regular hiring reports.
- Follow up with candidates and stakeholders to ensure smooth interview scheduling, feedback, offer releases, and joining.

Required Skills & Competencies




- Minimum 1+ year of hands-on IT recruitment experience.
- Exposure to hiring across multiple IT technologies.
- Strong understanding of technical requirements and ability to interpret JDs.
- Good sourcing, screening, and candidate evaluation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and prioritize urgent positions.
- Robust communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented mindset with a focus on timely position closures.
- Ability to work independently and manage recruitment deliverables.

Good to Have
- Prior experience in client handling and direct client communication.
- Experience coordinating with external clients, vendors, or stakeholders.
- Exposure to developing hiring strategies based on business requirements.

Performance Expectations
- Consistently achieve assigned recruitment targets.
- Close positions within the agreed TAT.
- Deliver quality candidate submissions and maintain a healthy recruitment pipeline.
- Demonstrate ownership, accountability, and effective stakeholder coordination.
