Location: Bangalore | Hyderabad | Pune | Gurgaon (Remote) Shift: 6:00 PM 3:00 AM IST Contract: Contractual Role Team: Global Strategic Sourcing (GSS), Amazon Talent Acquisition

What You'll Do

- Source passive talent for the US market using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, X-ray/Open web, and other creative channels
- Screen & evaluate candidates through phone and virtual interviews to assess qualification and fit
- Build talent pipelines through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management
- Manage multiple searches against timelines, benchmarks, and customer SLAs
- Drive recruitment strategies recommend ideas that contribute to Amazon's long-range growth
- Create sourcing plans with deliverables, timelines, and formal tracking

What We're Looking For

Must-Have:

- 2+ years of corporate recruiting, sourcing, or research experience
- Bachelor's degree OR 2+ years of full-time Amazon experience
- Strong Boolean and advanced search skills across LinkedIn, GitHub, job boards, and open web
- Experience with ATS/CRM tools for sourcing and candidate management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize, push back, and deliver in a fast-paced,



high-volume environment
- Skilled at engaging passive candidates and articulating role-based value propositions

Good to Have:

- Market intelligence ability to map talent from targeted organizations
- Experience hiring in 12 tech domains:

- Full Stack, Back-end, or Front-end Engineers
- Data Analytics, Data Scientists (AI/ML), Data Engineers

- Familiarity with tech stacks like Python, Java, SQL, ETL, Hadoop, Spark, Big Data
