Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Automate routine L2 operational tasks, incident resolution, and health checks.
- Work with Ansible, Linux, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and monitoring tools such as Grafana and Prometheus.
- Troubleshoot automation failures, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
- Integrate automation with ITSM, monitoring, and alerting platforms.
- Maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and operational procedures.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience in Linux administration and scripting.
- Knowledge of Ansible, REST APIs, and automation frameworks.
- Exposure to cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and monitoring tools.
- Solid troubleshooting, analytical, and incident management skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with AI/LLM-based automation and IT operations automation (AIOps).
