As Technical Manager of Samkalpa, you are required to show managerial acumen and be responsible for the growth of STK software & associated products. You will be required to work with the technical engineers to qualify leads, pre & post sales technical support activities in coordination with Sales Manager for STK & ODTK business. With a skilled approach you are supposed to help the company management devise and implement a strategic plan that expands company’s customer base and ensures technical qualification of opportunities.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include - but not limited to:

- To be a technical team leader to manage the STK technical team.
- To work with the technical engineers to tracking timely delivery of solution/support for pre & post sales technical support work.
- Conduct regular in-person and/or remote meetings/interactions with the key officials of customers from the technical sides.



This could include regular travels to customers places PAN India.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting users’ relationships by partnering in marketing activities with the help of technical team members.
- Need to demonstrate analytical ability and strong communication skills to present our products/solutions and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of target customers and associated ecosystem.
- Lead initiatives to help develop solutions using STK/ODTK for integrating with users’ systems.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status, thus enabling competitive advantage to Samkalpa’s Software products in a proactive manner.
