Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineering Team Lead / Engineering Manager to lead product design and development activities while managing a multidisciplinary engineering team. The role involves driving end-to-end product development, coordinating cross-functional teams, reviewing designs and technical documentation, ensuring timely project delivery, and supporting engineering change management processes. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise in mechanical design, manufacturing processes,



GD&T;, and product lifecycle management with proven team leadership and project execution capabilities.

Essential Skills:

- Experience in Mechanical Product Design, Product Development, and Engineering Change Management across the product lifecycle.
- Strong leadership experience in managing engineering teams, project execution, and daily technical operations.
- Proficiency in 3D CAD modeling, engineering drawings, technical documentation, and design reviews.
- Strong knowledge of GD&T;, Tolerance Stack-up Analysis, and ISO/ANSI/ASME drawing standards.
- Experience with Teamcenter, PDM/PLM tools, and design data management processes.
- Ability to work on global product development projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes including injection molding, sheet metal stamping, castings, and forgings.
- Experience in requirements analysis, product design validation, and customer-driven engineering solutions.
- Strong project management, stakeholder management, communication, and team collaboration skills.
- Self-motivated with excellent time management, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
