Job Title : Technical Lead Full Stack Engineer (Python, React, ETL, AWS & AI)

Job Qualification:

- Strong Python development expertise with experience building scalable backend systems.
- 50% Backend and 50% Frontend development experience using Python and React.js .
- Hands-on experience in end-to-end product development, architecture, development, integration, and deployment.
- Solid AWS experience, including cloud infrastructure, cloud-native, and serverless architectures.
- Solid PostgreSQL experience, including database design, schema management, query optimization, and performance tuning.
- Experience integrating LLMs, Generative AI, and AI-powered features into production applications.
- Strong understanding of APIs, microservices, ETL workflows, and data platforms .
- Experience working with large datasets, data warehouses, and analytics systems .
- Ability to independently own projects from design to production deployment.
- Experience collaborating with Product, Design, Data Engineering, and Analytics teams.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills with an ownership mindset.




- Passion for adopting AI tools to improve engineering productivity and workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop scalable backend services and APIs using Python .
- Design and build responsive frontend applications using React.js .
- Drive end-to-end product development, from architecture to production deployment.
- Build and manage cloud-native applications and infrastructure using AWS .
- Design, maintain, and optimize PostgreSQL databases.
- Collaborate with Data Engineers and Analytics teams to develop data-driven applications.
- Integrate applications with APIs, data platforms, and analytics systems.
- Support ETL workflows and data pipeline development.
- Develop reusable components, automation tools, and internal applications.
- Integrate LLMs, Generative AI, and AI-powered automation into business applications.
- Perform code reviews, testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
- Ensure application security, scalability, reliability, and production readiness.
- Take ownership of features and projects while working closely with cross-functional teams.
