Technical Manager –

Experience: 10+ Years The Technical Manager is responsible for leading cross-functional teams and ensuring successful delivery of technology solutions within the insurance domain. This role combines technical expertise, people management, and delivery oversight, with a robust focus on Duck Creek platform implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage end-to-end technical delivery of projects
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and architects
- Drive design, development, and implementation of solutions
- Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and quality benchmarks
- Mentor team members and conduct code reviews
- Manage project timelines, risks, and dependencies
- Ensure smooth communication across teams and stakeholders

Duck Creek Suite of products:



Policy, Party, Data Hub, Migration, API Development, Example Author/Server/Express, TransACT, Rating, Forms, Pages, Trace Monitor, Example Utility Center, Cloud platforms (Azure etc..).

Domain knowledge: P&C; Insurance: Commercial, Workers Compensation and Auto

Database: SQL 2019 and above; Oracle 11
