Role Overview: You will lead the design and delivery of AI/ML, Generative AI, data engineering, and analytics capabilities for our enterprise products. You will guide solutions from data readiness through production deployment, ensuring they are secure, scalable, validated, and supportable.

Key Responsibilities

- Own technical design and delivery of AI/ML and analytics capabilities, guiding initiatives from use-case definition to production deployment.
- Design scalable approaches for data pipelines, machine learning, and Generative AI, integrating them into existing enterprise applications.
- Review solution architecture, data flows, model choices, prompts, and code, contributing hands-on to critical components.
- Lead and mentor engineers working on AI/ML and Data Analytics, playing an active role in hiring and team development.





Required Qualifications

- 6+ years of software, data, analytics, or AI/ML engineering experience.
- Minimum 2 years in a technical leadership role mentoring engineers.
- Robust hands-on experience with Python and relevant AI/ML, data processing, and analytics frameworks.
- Strong understanding of Generative AI/LLMs, embeddings, RAG, model evaluation, and production AI application patterns.
- Experience with data engineering, ETL/ELT, SQL databases, APIs, and modern DevOps/MLOps practices.
