Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Technical Business Analyst with strong telecom domain knowledge and expertise in business analysis, functional documentation, requirement gathering and solution design.

The candidate will work closely with customer business and technical stakeholders to understand existing business processes, analyse product capabilities, identify gaps and translate business requirements into detailed To-Be Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS) and Functional Solution Design (FDS) documents.

Required Skills

9–12 years of experience in Business Analysis in telecom domain, preferably in telco BSS/CRM/Loyalty/Campaign product journeys or application delivery.

Strong experience in understanding existing business processes and implemented solutions.

Experience preparing detailed FRS, FDS, BRD or equivalent functional documentation.

Good understanding of product functionality, feature mapping and solution fitment.





Ability to analyse AS-IS processes and define To-Be business processes.

Strong requirement gathering, gap analysis and business-rule documentation skills.

Good experience in customer-facing workshops and stakeholder interactions.

Ability to understand complex functional workflows and convert them into structured documentation.

Excellent communication, analytical and documentation skills.

Positive to Have

Experience in telecom, CRM, loyalty management or enterprise product journeys.

Understanding of APIs, REST/SOAP web services and system integrations.

Exposure to integration flows, API specifications and payload analysis.

Understanding of application architecture and system dependencies.

Experience supporting HLD preparation and solution-design discussions.

Exposure to Agile delivery, JIRA and requirement traceability matrices.
