Position: Tech Lead / Solution Architect (Java, Enterprise B2B SaaS)

Total Experience: 8 - 12 years

Location: Hyderabad

Working Days: 5 Days from Office

Notice Period Requirement: 30 Days (Maximum)

Note: Final round will be a mandatory face to face interview at Hyderabad office.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Own the technical design and solution architecture for your stream, aligned with the client's architecture governance, standards and review processes.
- Break down epics and features into well-defined user stories and technical tasks, and provide reliable effort estimates.
- Lead sprint planning and execution for the pod, making sure committed scope is delivered on time and meets the definition of done.
- Conduct code and design reviews across backend (Java/Spring Boot, Python), frontend (Angular) and integration components, enforcing quality, security and performance standards.
- Design scalable microservices, REST APIs and integration patterns, including connectors to SaaS, cloud, data and AI platforms.
- Drive release readiness: test coverage, CI/CD quality gates, documentation and deployment sign-off.
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, UX designers and QA to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentor engineers, set coding standards,



and build a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.

Candidate Requirements:

- Strong Tech Lead / Solution Architect Profile with hands-on full-stack review ability and enterprise B2B SaaS delivery leadership.
- Must have 8 years of software engineering experience, with at least 2 years as a Tech Lead or Solution Architect.
- Must have experience leading agile teams (pods) and delivering enterprise B2B SaaS products or platforms.
- Must have robust hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot and microservices architecture, with working knowledge of Python, and the ability to review full-stack code.
- Must have experience designing RESTful APIs, event-driven integrations and data models for distributed systems.
- Must have hands-on experience with AWS and/or Azure, Docker and Kubernetes.
- Must have working knowledge of Angular and TypeScript, enough to review frontend designs and code.
- Must have experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing and release management.
- Must have good understanding of secure coding, OAuth2/SSO and role-based access control (RBAC).
- Must have experience with Agile/Scrum, backlog refinement and estimation (Jira/Confluence), owning sprint planning and on-time delivery.
