We are looking for a agile and result-oriented Team Leader to manage our Home Loan Lead Generation team. The candidate will be responsible for handling the team, ensuring daily target achievement, monitoring agent performance, and maintaining overall team productivity.

The TL will also be responsible for following up on leads generated by agents, converting potential leads into successful closures, and ensuring that the team meets its daily and monthly business targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Follow up on leads generated by agents and convert them into successful closures.
- Manage, guide, and motivate the telecalling team.
- Ensure achievement of monthly team targets.
- Monitor agents' performance, calling activities, and lead generation.
- Handle customer queries and support the team.
- Maintain daily performance reports and provide updates to management.
