Role Description The Team Lead role at IG Drives and Systems is a full-time, in office position based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area.

The Team

Lead will oversee a group of engineers, coordinate daily project activities, assign tasks, and ensure deliverables meet technical and quality standards. This role involves guiding solution design, reviewing technical documentation, monitoring project timelines, and supporting the implementation of power system measurement, protection, and industrial testing solutions.

Lead will collaborate with clients to understand requirements, provide status updates, and address technical issues. The position also includes mentoring team members,



promoting best practices, and driving continuous improvement in processes, safety, and efficiency.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience leading engineering or technical teams in an industrial or power systems environment.
- Strong background in electrical or electronics engineering, preferably with exposure to power system measurement, protection, and industrial testing solutions.
- Ability to coordinate projects, manage priorities, and ensure on-time, quality delivery of engineering services.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and propose practical, innovative solutions.
- Comfort with on-site work in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area and readiness to engage closely with operations and customers.
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Instrumentation, or a related technical field.
- Experience in industrial automation, testing equipment, or product development is an advantage.
- Commitment to safety, quality standards, and continuous learning in a fast-evolving engineering domain.
