Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end trade finance operations, including letter of credit (LC) documentation and compliance checks.
- Oversee communication with banks, suppliers, and buyers to ensure smooth execution of LCs.
- Conduct thorough due diligence on current clients and maintain accurate records of all transactions.
- Ensure timely submission of documents for LC opening, renewal, or amendment according to bank requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any issues related to trade finance operations.

Essential Qualification and Work Experience:

- Basic familiarity of banking, finance, international business, or payment processing preferred.
- Willingness and ability to learn UCP 600, ISP98, URC 522, and other applicable trade rules.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to follow established procedures and instructions.
- Ability to identify questions or potential problems and escalate them appropriately.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and priorities.
