Role & responsibilities -
- 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience administering and supporting the Tanium platform, including Interact, Patch, Deploy, and Zero Trust modules.
- Strong understanding of endpoint management, software deployment, patch management, and compliance monitoring across Windows, Linux, and macOS environments.
- Experience creating and managing saved questions, dashboards, custom sensors, packages, computer groups, and maintenance windows within Tanium.
- Proficient in troubleshooting Tanium client health, deployment failures, patching issues, and agent-server communication problems while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Valuable scripting and automation skills using PowerShell, Python, or Bash, with exposure to ServiceNow/Jira, RBAC, incident response, and cybersecurity best practices.
