Role & responsibilities

1. Job Purpose

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Teacher with strong proficiency in both English and Bengali. The candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering educational content, conducting teaching and learning activities, and supporting academic content development. The role will involve working from our office/school premises as well as remotely, depending on project and organisational requirements.

2. Key Roles and Responsibilities

- Develop and deliver engaging lessons in English and Bengali.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, notes and assessment materials.
- Explain academic concepts in a simple, structured and student-friendly manner.
- Translate and adapt educational content between English and Bengali.
- Review and proofread educational content for language accuracy and quality.
- Assist in developing digital learning materials, presentations and e-learning content.
- Conduct online and offline teaching sessions, as required.
- Support curriculum mapping and academic content development.




- Coordinate with the academic and content development teams.
- Ensure the accuracy, consistency and quality of all learning materials.

3. Experience

- Experience in school teaching, counselling, educational content development or digital learning will be preferred.

9. Basic computer skills, including MS Word and PowerPoint.
10. Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
11. Adaptability to both office-based and remote working environments.
