- Co. is a fast-growing digital marketing agency based in Kozhikode. We are looking for an energetic and organized Talent Acquisition Specialist to own our end-to-end recruitment cycle, source top-tier talent, and partner closely with business heads to drive organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Requirement Coordination: Partner with business heads to understand open headcount, skill requirements, budgets, and hiring timelines.

- Sourcing &
- Screening:

Source suitable profiles across job portals and channels, conducting initial screening calls to assess cultural fit, experience, availability, and expectations.

- Candidate Tracking: Maintain an accurate, up-to-date candidate tracker with comprehensive details on every applicant to serve as a reliable daily status report.

- Interview Management: Conduct HR rounds and coordinate interview schedules with business heads,



managing feedback loops across all stages.

- Verification &

- Documentation:

Coordinate background verifications, handle salary negotiations within approved budgets, and manage the offer letter issuance and documentation process.

- Reporting &

- Branding:

Share weekly and monthly hiring status reports, review metrics with stakeholders, and create recruitment creatives/postings to attract candidates.

Requirements &

- Skills:

- Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment cycles.

- Robust stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail in tracker maintenance.

- Ability to work on-site in Kozhikode.
