Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various positions across the organization.

- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top candidates.

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop job descriptions, job postings, and interview schedules.

- Conduct interviews, assess candidate fit, and make recommendations for new hires.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements throughout the recruitment process.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 3-8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or related field (Recruitment Management).

- Solid understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, onboarding etc. .

- Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders (hiring managers) as well as external partners (candidates).

- Ability to analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in recruitment metrics.
