Role Overview

Stanza Living is looking for a seasoned, hands-on Talent Acquisition leader to own hiring for its operations and ground teams across cities. This is a role for a hardcore TA qualified with a proven record of closing hospitality, F&B; and operations roles at scale, building regional hiring networks and running TA on metrics. We value people who use data as their weapon, work without silos, move fast and own outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end hiring for operations leadership Cluster Managers and Area Managers (operations and growth), property operations (Cluster Managers, MSTs), and Nodal and Security Officers.

- Own hospitality and F&B; hiring – Unit Managers, Front Desk Executives, Housekeeping, and F&B; roles (Sous Chef, CDP, DCDP).

- Build and run regional hiring engines – WhatsApp groups,



community channels, agencies and referrals – to close roles at city and regional level.

- Build pipelines with foundations and diploma, polytechnic and ITI institutes to secure raw talent, and own these hires' onboarding and regular connects so they settle in and stay.

- Drive TA metrics (TAT, offer drop, offer-to-join, source mix, cost per hire) and present insights to leadership every week.

Requirements

- Minimum 6 years of core talent acquisition experience; hardcore recruiters only, not generalist HR.

- Mandatory: hands-on hiring experience in hospitality, F&B; and / or operations roles (e.g. Area Managers, Front Desk, Sous Chef / CDP / DCDP).

- Proven track record of high-volume and leadership closures, with strong command of TAT, offer drop and offer-to-join metrics.

- Active network in WhatsApp groups, regional hiring channels and vendor / agency partners.

- Able to mentor recruiters and partner with business heads. Based in / willing to relocate to Gurugram.
