Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment across junior, mid-level, managerial, and senior-level positions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Foundit, and other job portals.
- Independently manage multiple vacancies, screening, interview coordination, salary negotiations, offer rollout, and joining follow-ups.
- Support basic HR generalist activities, including onboarding, employee documentation, attendance, and HRMS updates.
- Maintain recruitment records and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
- Demonstrate robust communication, coordination, candidate assessment, and organizational skills.

HRMS Requirement

- Experience with any HRMS platform is acceptable.
- Prior experience with the company's Swine HRMS tool is an advantage but is not mandatory.





Candidates should be tech-savvy and capable of learning the company's HRMS quickly.
