Sona Star Innovation Pvt. Ltd. is looking for skilled and experienced Boutique Tailors to join our Pro Shop Product Production team. We are seeking candidates with a strong background in fashion tailoring, boutique garment construction, and professional stitching techniques.
Key Responsibilities
- Stitch and assemble garments and fashion products as per the given designs and specifications.
- Handle boutique-style tailoring, garment alterations, and finishing.
- Ensure proper measurements, fitting, stitching accuracy, and quality standards.
- Work with different fabrics, patterns, and garment materials.
- Maintain production timelines and ensure timely completion of assigned orders.
- Coordinate with the production team to meet quality and quantity requirements.
- Maintain stitching equipment and ensure a clean and organized workspace.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the fashion tailoring or boutique tailoring field.
- Good knowledge of garment construction, cutting, stitching, and finishing.
- Experience handling different fabrics, patterns, and designs.
- Ability to work independently and meet production targets.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Prior experience in boutique or fashion product manufacturing will be preferred.
