ANS Dhivyam Jewells is seeking a reliable and technically experienced IT Systems & Network Administrator to manage and maintain the company’s internal IT infrastructure.

The selected candidate will be responsible for computers, networking, internet connectivity, printers, CCTV systems, business software, data backups, cybersecurity and technical support across the organization.

We are looking for a hands-on professional capable of independently troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining system security and ensuring uninterrupted daily business operations.

Key Responsibilities

IT Infrastructure & Hardware

- Maintain desktops, laptops, operating systems and office computer equipment.
- Install, configure and troubleshoot hardware and software.
- Maintain printers, scanners, billing peripherals and other office devices.
- Coordinate equipment repairs, replacements and maintenance.

Network & Internet Management

- Manage LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches and internet connectivity.
- Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity issues.
- Configure and maintain firewalls, access points and network security settings.
- Coordinate with internet service providers and external technical vendors.

Business Software & Systems

- Provide technical support for billing software, POS systems, accounting applications and other business tools.
- Coordinate with software vendors for updates, troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Manage user accounts, system permissions and employee access.
- Support the technical requirements of the store and corporate departments.

CCTV & Security Systems

- Monitor and maintain CCTV connectivity, recording systems and storage.
- Coordinate repairs and upgrades with authorized vendors.
- Maintain secure access to surveillance systems.

Cybersecurity & Data Protection

- Implement antivirus,



endpoint protection and software security updates.
- Maintain regular data backups and test recovery procedures.
- Administer approved password management and access control systems.
- Monitor and respond to potential cybersecurity risks.
- Ensure secure handling of company and customer information.

IT Documentation & Vendor Management

- Maintain an inventory of hardware, software licences and IT assets.
- Track subscriptions, warranties, annual maintenance contracts and renewal dates.
- Maintain records of technical issues, repairs and system changes.
- Coordinate with IT vendors and service providers.
- Prepare regular IT maintenance and system health reports.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and computer hardware.
- Experience in LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches and network troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with firewalls, antivirus software and endpoint security.
- Understanding of CCTV and NVR/DVR systems.
- Experience supporting POS, billing and office software.
- Knowledge of data backups, user access management and cybersecurity practices.
- Ability to troubleshoot independently and communicate clearly with nontechnical employees.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
- 3–6 years of relevant IT administration or technical support experience preferred.
- Experience supporting retail businesses, offices or multi-user environments is an advantage.
- Relevant networking or IT certifications are desirable.
