Job Summary A System Administrator is responsible for managing, maintaining, configuring, and troubleshooting an organization's IT infrastructure, including servers, operating systems, networks, and user accounts, ensuring smooth and secure IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, configure, and maintain Windows/Linux servers, desktops, laptops, and networking devices.
- Manage campus network, Wi-Fi, firewall, switches, and structured cabling.
- Monitor system performance and ensure high availability of IT services.
- Provide technical support to staff, faculty, and students for hardware, software, network, and application issues.
- Perform root-cause analysis and implement long-term fixes.
- Maintain IT helpdesk logs and ensure timely issue resolution.
- Conduct regular backups, updates,



and system audits.
- Handle installation, configuration, and maintenance of academic software and college ERP systems.
- Document IT procedures, configurations, and system changes.
- Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience as a System Administrator or similar role.
- Robust knowledge of Windows/Linux servers, networking, and IT
- Knowledge of ERP systems, CCTV management, and virtualization tools.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
