We are looking for an experienced System Administrator with 7+ years of experience in managing, configuring, and supporting Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Leah Tool, ContractPodAI, and CLM administration, including platform configuration, user management, integrations, troubleshooting, and system maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

- Administer and manage CLM platforms, particularly Leah Tool and ContractPodAI.
- Handle user provisioning, access management, roles, and permissions.
- Configure and maintain workflows, templates, approval processes, and contract repositories.
- Manage system integrations with enterprise applications and third-party tools.
- Monitor platform performance, troubleshoot system issues, and ensure smooth operations.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, legal teams,



and IT teams to understand requirements and implement system enhancements.
- Manage system upgrades, releases, testing, and change requests.
- Maintain system documentation, audit trails, and compliance requirements.
- Provide technical support and resolve platform-related issues.

Required Skills

- 7+ years of experience in System Administration.
- Hands-on experience with Leah Tool and ContractPodAI.
- Solid understanding of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platforms.
