Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end supply chain, inventory and logistics operations.

- Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers and distributors for timely deliveries.

- Maintain optimum inventory levels and ensure smooth material flow.

- Implement and monitor FIFO (First In, First Out) inventory practices.

- Introduce and manage barcode scanning systems for inventory, inward, outward and dispatch operations.

- Ensure real-time inventory updates and proper stock traceability through barcode scanning.

- Monitor stock movement, batch-wise tracking and inventory accuracy.

- Analyze supply chain performance and identify cost-saving opportunities.

- Develop strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.

- Monitor orders, transportation, dispatches and delivery schedules.

- Prepare and maintain supply chain reports and performance records.





- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations.

- Identify and resolve supply chain delays and operational issues.

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or Business Administration.

- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience.

- Strong knowledge of inventory and logistics management.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and supply chain software (SAP/ERP preferred).

- Strong analytical, negotiation and problem-solving skills.

- Positive communication and coordination abilities.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
