We are looking for experienced Supply and Demand Planning professionals to manage demand forecasting, inventory planning, and supply availability while ensuring smooth business operations.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain demand forecasts based on historical sales, market trends, and business requirements.
- Develop supply plans to ensure product availability and meet customer demand.
- Monitor inventory levels, stock availability, and replenishment requirements.
- Coordinate with procurement, production, logistics, and sales teams.
- Identify demand-supply gaps and recommend corrective actions.
- Monitor forecast accuracy and inventory performance.
- Manage stock-outs, excess inventory,
and supply constraints.
- Prepare planning reports and dashboards using Excel and planning tools.
- Support monthly demand and supply review meetings.
- Ensure timely execution of supply and replenishment plans.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in Supply Planning or Demand Planning.
- Strong understanding of demand forecasting, inventory management, and supply chain operations.
- Experience with ERP/planning tools such as SAP, APO, IBP, Oracle, or similar platforms is preferred.
- Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
- Positive communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Ability to work in flexible shifts.
