Roles & Responsibilities:

- Supervise and manage day-to-day supermarket operations.
- Monitor and coordinate store staff and allocate daily duties.
- Ensure proper product stocking, shelf arrangement, and replenishment.
- Monitor inventory, stock inward and outward, and stock transfers.
- Follow FIFO/FEFO methods and check product expiry dates.
- Monitor fast-moving and slow-moving products.
- Handle wastage, damaged, and expired products.
- Monitor daily sales, billing, cash handling, and POS operations.
- Ensure achievement of daily and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer queries and complaints.
- Maintain store cleanliness, hygiene, and staff grooming standards.
- Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, and discipline.
- Conduct regular stock verification and report discrepancies.




- Prepare daily sales, stock, and operational reports.
- Ensure strict implementation of company SOPs.

Required Skills:

- Good leadership and team-handling skills.
- Knowledge of FMCG products and supermarket operations.
- Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
- Knowledge of inventory management and billing operations.

Preferred Candidates: Candidates with 2–3 years of relevant FMCG retail experience. Immediate joiners are highly preferred. Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
