Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Student Counsellor to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling student enquiries, providing course-related guidance, maintaining regular communication with prospective students, and supporting them throughout the admission process.

The role primarily involves telecalling, student interaction, lead follow-ups, and converting prospective enquiries into successful admissions. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude,ability to build robust relationships with prospective students.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Candidates with a background in Business Administration, Management, or related fields will be preferred.
- Fresh graduates with good communication and interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle incoming and outgoing calls to connect with prospective students and respond to admission enquiries.
- Understand students' educational backgrounds, interests, and career aspirations.
- Provide clear and accurate information about courses, programmes, eligibility criteria, and admission procedures.
- Explain course benefits and guide students in choosing programmes that match their interests and career goals.




- Follow up with prospective students regularly through calls and messages to maintain engagement.
- Convert interested enquiries into confirmed admissions through effective communication and counselling.
- Maintain proper records of student enquiries, call details, follow-ups, and admission status.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with students and parents.
- Coordinate with the admission team to ensure a smooth and efficient enrolment process.
- Work towards achieving individual and team admission targets.

Requirements & Skills

- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Confidence in handling phone calls and interacting with students and parents.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a target-oriented approach.
- Freshers with positive communication and sales skills are welcome to apply.
- Previous experience in telecalling, sales, counselling, or educational admissions will be an added advantage.
