Executive / Senior Executive / Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager Strategic Sourcing & Zero-Based Costing (Sheet Metal)

Job Summary

We are hiring seasoned procurement professionals across Executive, Senior Executive, Assistant Manager, and Deputy Manager levels to manage Direct & Indirect Sourcing and drive Zero-Based Costing (ZBC) / Should-Costing initiatives.

The ideal candidate will bring solid operational experience in automotive Tier-1 sheet metal stamping, press tools, chassis/BIW components, and assemblies, paired with commercial acumen to lead supplier negotiations, cost reduction programs (VA/VE), and supplier

Key Responsibilities :-

1.Zero-Based Costing (ZBC) & Should-Costing

1. Direct Sourcing & Supplier Development
2. Indirect Sourcing (CAPEX & OPEX)
3. Governance & Systems Compliance





Candidate Profile & Requirements
- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of press shop operations, sheet metal forming defects, press tonnage formulas, tool design principles, and welding/coating (CED/powder coating) processes.
- Cost Engineering: Hands-on mastery of bottom-up cost breakdown sheets (CBD) and raw material index linking.
- Systems & Tools: Proficient in SAP MM and advanced MS Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, what-if models).
- Communication & Negotiation: Solid commercial acumen and cross-functional leadership to collaborate with Plant Operations, R&D;, Quality, and Finance teams.
