ABOUT THE ROLE

Join us as a Strategic Manager in Gurugram, Haryana, India. Full time, On-Site, joining within 60 days.

You will identify, develop and manage partnerships with medical tourism companies, wedding planners, bridal makeup artists, luxury hotels, gyms, salons and other relevant businesses. You will generate qualified leads, build relationships with corporate organisations and high-value partners, and track revenue from these channels.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Identify, develop and manage partnerships with medical tourism companies, wedding planners, bridal makeup artists, luxury hotels, gyms, salons and other relevant businesses.
2. Build relationships with corporate organisations and high-value partner networks.
3. Generate qualified customer leads through strategic alliances.
4. Develop and execute partnership initiatives, campaigns and events.
5. Negotiate collaborations, manage partner relationships and conduct regular meetings.
6. Maintain a structured partnership pipeline and CRM database.
7. Track leads, conversions, revenue and provide performance updates to management.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

1.



5 to 8 years of experience in business development, strategic alliances or partnerships.
2. Experience in healthcare, dermatology, aesthetics, medical tourism, luxury hospitality or premium services is preferred.
3. Strong networking, communication, relationship building and negotiation skills.
4. Proven ability to independently develop partnerships and convert them into business opportunities.
5. Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and representing the Tagbin brand.
6. Proactive, commercially minded, target oriented with strong execution skills.
