– Store Incharge (Civil Site)

Experience: Minimum 4 Years

Qualification: Graduate / Diploma Preferred

Department: Store & Inventory – Civil Project Site

Job Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day store operations and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Ensure timely availability of all construction materials required at the project site.
- Maintain inward/outward registers, stock registers, GRNs and material issue records.
- Verify incoming materials against purchase orders and delivery challans.
- Monitor stock levels and raise timely material requirements to avoid shortages.
- Coordinate with site engineers, purchase and accounts departments.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and material reconciliation.
- Ensure proper storage,



handling and prevention of material wastage or pilferage.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly inventory reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in store management at a civil construction site.
- Good knowledge of construction materials such as cement, steel, sand, aggregate and other site materials.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory documentation.
- Solid coordination, record-keeping and inventory management skills.
- Ability to ensure proper material availability and control at the project site.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
