KIDS PLAY AREA MANAGER

Location: Spectrum Mall, Noida

We are looking for a energetic and dynamic Kids Play Area Manager to lead and manage the overall operations of our indoor kids entertainment facility.

Candidate Requirements

- Prior experience in Kids Play Areas, Indoor Play Zones, Soft Play Areas, Trampoline Parks or Kids Entertainment Centres will be preferred.
- Freshers with the right attitude, confidence and leadership qualities are also welcome.
- Excellent communication, sales and team management skills.
- Friendly and comfortable interacting with children and parents.
- Energetic, proactive and hands-on personality.
- Strong problem-solving and customer-handling abilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Overseeing daily operations of the kids play area.
- Managing and supervising play area staff and floor supervisors.
- Driving sales and achieving monthly revenue targets.
- Generating leads, following up with enquiries and converting them into bookings.
- Actively promoting and selling birthday party packages.
- Handling birthday party enquiries, conducting venue tours and closing party bookings.




- Upselling play packages, memberships and other available services.
- Ensuring children's safety and proper supervision throughout the play area.
- Maintaining cleanliness, hygiene and safety standards across all play zones.
- Ensuring proper functioning and maintenance of play equipment and arcade games.
- Managing walk-in guests, memberships and birthday party operations.
- Handling parent queries, feedback and customer complaints.
- Ensuring smooth coordination between the play area, reception, café and party teams.
- Monitoring staff grooming, discipline, attendance and performance.
- Ensuring a fun, protected and engaging experience for children and families.
