Work Details

Work mode: In-store

Working hours: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM | 6 days a week | 1 weekly off

Compensation: Open to discussion based on experience

Experience: 2-8 years, depending on the role applied for

Preferred backgrounds: Luxury or ultra-luxury retail, premium fashion, designer couture, luxury hospitality, aviation, concierge, and lifestyle brands

Relevant experience: Client experience, relationship management, luxury sales, boutique operations, personal styling, customer engagement, and premium retail

Experience Required: 2 to 8 Years (Depending on the role applied)

Role Overview

We are hiring for three roles at our Tyaani showroom at Multiple Locations: Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, and Senior Jewellery Consultant. Candidates will be considered for the position that best matches their experience, skills, and readiness to take on responsibility.

The Store Manager will lead the showroom's sales performance, team, and day-to-day operations.

The Assistant Store Manager will support the Store Manager in delivering sales targets, developing the team, and maintaining boutique standards. The Senior Jewellery Consultant will build client relationships, understand individual preferences, and provide a thoughtful, personalised jewellery-shopping experience.

Jewellery expertise can be taught - training on Tyaani's collections will be provided. We value a strong understanding of luxury service, confdence with discerning clientele, an interest in fashion and design and the ability to build lasting client relationships. Leadership candidates should also bring relevant experience in sales, team management, or boutique operations

Key Responsibilities

Client Experience & Boutique Hospitality a. Welcome every client with warmth, condence, and impeccable luxury hospitality.

b. Manage client's within the boutique and ensure every visitor enjoys a seamless and elevated experience.

c. Understand each client's personality, lifestyle, preferences, and occasions to deliver a highly personalised luxury experience.

d. Represent the Tyaani brand through exceptional grooming, communication, etiquette, and professionalism.

Relationship Management & Client Retention e.



Build meaningful relationships with clients that extend beyond a single boutique visit.

f. Engage with clients across every touchpoint and nurture long-term relationships through personalised follow-ups and thoughtful communication.

g. Drive repeat visits and client retention by delivering memorable luxury experiences.

h. Become a trusted style condante who clients look forward to interacting with.

Luxury Retail Sales, Styling & Client Journey i. Understand luxury fashion, aesthetics, design sensibilities, and lifestyle to confidently engage with discerning clientele.

j. Identify client preferences before introducing them to the jewellery collections.

k. Work closely with the Store Manager to ensure a smooth transition when jewellery consultation and showcasing begin.

l. Continuously develop knowledge of Tyaani's collections, craftsmanship, and luxury standards through internal training.

Collaboration & Store Excellence m. Partner with the boutique team to deliver a seamless end-to-end client journey.

n. Maintain the highest standards of boutique presentation, hospitality, and customer service.

o. Uphold the brand's philosophy that every client interaction should feel personal, memorable, and effortless.

Required Skills & Qualifications

3+ years of experience in Luxury or Ultra Luxury Retail is mandatory.

Excellent verbal communication in English / Hindi.

Well-travelled with exposure to international luxury experiences and cultures.

Robust understanding of luxury fashion, design, aesthetics, and premium lifestyles.

Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Highly polished personality with impeccable grooming and presentation.
