Reporting To: Store Manager / Assistant Manager – SCM

1. Job Purpose To manage daily store and warehouse operations, including material receipt, storage, inventory control, material issuance and finished goods dispatch, ensuring uninterrupted production and accurate stock management.

2. Key Responsibilities

- Handle inward receipt of raw materials, chemicals, consumables, spares and packing materials.
- Verify incoming materials against Purchase Orders, invoices and delivery challans.
- Prepare GRNs and update inventory transactions in SAP/ERP.
- Maintain accurate stock records and conduct periodic physical stock verification.
- Ensure proper storage, identification, labelling and batch-wise traceability of materials.
- Follow FIFO/FEFO practices and monitor minimum and maximum stock levels.
- Issue materials to production against authorized requisitions.
- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, QA and Planning departments for material availability.




- Manage finished goods storage, packing and dispatch activities.
- Maintain inventory reports, inward/outward registers and other store documentation.
- Ensure 5S, housekeeping, safety and EHS compliance in warehouse operations.

3. Educational Qualification

- Graduate / Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Commerce or relevant discipline.

4. Experience

- 2–5 years of experience in Stores & Warehouse operations.
- Experience in manufacturing, solar, electronics or semiconductor industries preferred.
- SAP / ERP knowledge is desirable.

5. Required Skills

- Inventory and warehouse management.
- SAP / ERP and MS Excel.
- GRN, FIFO/FEFO and stock reconciliation.
- Material handling and documentation.
- 5S, safety and EHS practices.
- Valuable coordination and communication skills.

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per month
