Role Overview
We are looking for a high-impact Business Development Manager to drive growth through specifier engagement and key account acquisition.

This role will focus on getting Bijlify solutions specified in large infrastructure and real estate projects while building strategic relationships with enterprise clients and institutional buyers.
Key Responsibilities
1. Specifier-Led Business Development
- Engage with MEP consultants, architects, electrical consultants, and PMCs
- Drive approvals and specifications across projects
- Conduct technical seminars and product training sessions

2. Key Account Acquisition & Management




- Develop relationships with real estate developers, corporates, and government bodies
- Identify and close large EV infrastructure opportunities

3. Revenue Growth & Deal Closure
- Own full sales cycle
- Lead techno-commercial negotiations

4. Market Expansion & Intelligence
- Track upcoming projects and EV policies
- Monitor competitor activity

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with product and operations teams
- Support tender submissions
Key Requirements
Experience:
- 612 years in B2B business development
- Experience in specifier-driven industries

Skills:
- Strong network with consultants and developers
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Education:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering or Business
- MBA preferred
