Key Requirements:

- Mandatory experience in the furniture industry.
- Proven experience in showroom sales and team management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and customer-handling skills.
- Solid leadership and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day showroom operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Lead, motivate and manage the showroom sales team.
- Drive sales and ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly targets.
- Handle walk-in customers and provide excellent customer service.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Maintain product displays, showroom presentation and visual merchandising.




- Monitor inventory, stock availability and product movement.
- Handle customer complaints, queries and escalations effectively.
- Coordinate with warehouse, delivery and backend teams.
- Prepare daily sales reports and monitor team performance.
- Ensure proper billing, documentation and showroom discipline.
