We are expanding our store with three new floors and are looking for experienced Floor Managers to lead them.

Each manager will own one floor end to end: building the team, running daily operations and delivering sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Hire, train and build the team for your floor’s department

- Assign roles and responsibilities, and set clear daily and monthly targets

- Manage inventory inflow and outflow: stock intake, display, tracking, reconciliation and shrinkage control

- Lead the sales team to meet and exceed floor targets

- Ensure strong customer service and handle escalations

- Maintain floor presentation, discipline and store standards

- Report sales, inventory and team performance to management

Requirements

- Minimum 8 years of experience in retail sales, including managerial experience leading teams

- Proven record of hitting sales targets and managing inventory

- Strong leadership,



communication and people-management skills

- Comfortable with stock and sales reporting (basic Excel or POS/billing software)

- Based in Ghaziabad or willing to relocate to the city

Preferred

- Experience in jewelry or high-value retail

- Experience opening a recent floor, department or store
